MG opens pop-up store in Westfield Mall of the Netherlands

MG opened the doors of a new pop-up store in the Westfield Mall of the Netherlands. Here, visitors can discover the renewed MG brand and its innovative electric models in a relaxed manner, without having to venture into a traditional and sales-oriented car showroom.


Located in largest indoor shopping centre

MG’s new pop-up store in the Westfield Mall of the Netherlands – the largest indoor shopping centre in the Netherlands, which officially opened its doors on March 18th 2021 – has the primary goal to inform visitors about the MG brand and the smart, practical, safe and affordable electric models. All in a relaxing and accessible way.

In de MG store with a size of 221 square metre, visitors have the opportunity to discover the MG ZS EV and the MG EHS Plug-in Hybrid in various ways. Same for the new MG Marvel R Electric from this summer. Obviously in full compliance with all COVID-19 measures. A MG product specialist is available to answer any questions about the MG products and the benefits of electric driving. If desired, an appointment for a test drive can be immediately scheduled at one of the MG Brandstores.

Fast-growing network

The pop-up store was realized in collaboration with the Dutch MG distributor Van Mossel. The fast-growing dealer network includes three MG Brandstores in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Breda and twelve service locations throughout the Netherlands. The new pop-up store in one of the most controversial retail locations in the Netherlands translates MG’s brand experience and contributes to the mission of making electric mobility accessible to motorists who are young at heart and ready to embrace a new electric lifestyle.
