After the successful launch of the MG ZS EV, which entered the top 5 of best-selling EV’s in several markets, MG is expanding its European line-up with a brand new plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). The second model of the renewed MG brand in Europe features a smart and fuel-efficient plug-in hybrid powertrain that meets the needs of environmentally conscious customers and business drivers alike.
The MG EHS Plug-in Hybrid truly offers the best of both worlds. The drive system offers an electric motor, a battery pack and a powerful petrol engine that work seamlessly together for optimum efficiency, power and range.
Electric driving without range anxiety
Our plug-in hybrid vehicle is a spacious C-segment SUV specially designed to make carefree, environmentally conscious hybrid-electric driving accessible to everyone. The PHEV technology enables customers to drive fully electrically and therefore durable, without having to worry too much about the range.
MG will announce more details about the MG EHS Plug-in Hybrid SUV during the official launch in December of this year. Official market introductions, which may vary by country, are expected in the first quarter of 2021.
