M\u00e4rz 2022<\/strong> \u2013 Chinas gr\u00f6\u00dfter Automobilhersteller SAIC Motor hat einen neuen CEO f\u00fcr MG Motor Europe ernannt. Xinyu Liu tritt ab sofort die Nachfolge von Matt Lei an und ist f\u00fcr alle MG-Motor-Gesch\u00e4ftsaktivit\u00e4ten in Europa verantwortlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xinyu Liu blickt auf eine 20-j\u00e4hrige Karriere in der Automobilindustrie mit SAIC Motor in China zur\u00fcck. Liu verst\u00e4rkte MG Motor Europe, als Traditionsmarke MG im Jahr 2019 auf das europ\u00e4ische Festland zur\u00fcckkehrte. Im M\u00e4rz 2020 wurde Liu zum CEO von MG Motor Frankreich ernannt. Unter seiner F\u00fchrung wurde MG Motor dort sehr erfolgreich eingef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unter der Leitung von Xinyu Liu entwickelte sich MG Motor Frankreich rasch in Bezug auf Absatz und wuchs auf mehr als 120 MG-Motor-Brandstores in allen Regionen Frankreichs an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bevor er seine Arbeit in Europa aufnahm, war Xinyu Liu erfolgreich als Executive Director der \u0160koda-Sparte des Joint Ventures SAIC Volkswagen t\u00e4tig. In dieser Funktion war er f\u00fcr die Bereiche Vertrieb, Marke und Marketing, Vertriebsnetzentwicklung und Kundendienst verantwortlich und leitete ein Team von 420 Mitarbeitern. Zuvor hatte er verschiedene Managementpositionen in der Lieferkette und im Einkauf des SAIC-Volkswagen-Joint-Ventures inne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eIch freue mich sehr, die Rolle des CEO von MG Motor Europe zu \u00fcbernehmen\u201c, so Liu. \u201eWir positionieren MG Motor in Europa als Herausforderer in der Elektromobilit\u00e4t und als die smarte neue Automarke, deren Produkte zu einem fairen Preis angeboten werden. Im Jahr 2021 haben wir unseren Absatz in Europa verdreifacht. 2022 besteht die Herausforderung f\u00fcr uns darin, unseren Erfolg erneut zu verdreifachen.
